For dietary management of Urea Cycle Disorders (UCDs)
Citrulline EASY Tablets are suitable for use in the dietary management of patients with Urea Cycle Disorders (UCDs) requiring additional L-citrulline, for use in children over the age of 3 years and adults. Use only under strict medical supervision.
Dosage¹
To be determined by the clinician or dietician, dependent on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient. Each tablet contains 1 gram of Citrulline.
Administration Guidelines¹
Citrulline EASY Tablets are coated tablets which are to be swallowed whole with liquid.
Storage¹
Store in a cool, dry place.
Pack Size¹
300 tablets (375 grams).
Shelf Life¹
Shelf life is 18 months. Once opened, the product should be consumed within one month.
Important Notice¹
Must only be given to patients with proven Urea Cycle Disorders (UCDs) under strict medical supervision. Suitable from 3 years of age. Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. Only to be used in UCDs requiring additional L-citrulline. Diet must be supplemented with natural protein, water and other nutrients in prescribed quantities to supply the protein, fluid and general nutritional requirements. For enteral use only.
