Meet our Galsana Ambassadors

Hello everyone, my name is Chloe and I am one of Galsana’s PKU Patient Ambassadors. I live in Dorset with my boyfriend Tommy, and we have a golden retriever called Bertie. I was diagnosed with PKU at just 8 days old and started the PKU diet straight away. I have PKU, as does my younger brother Daniel and our older brother Luke also had PKU. I am currently taking 2 caps of PKU EASY Microtabs twice a day and am on 10 exchanges.

Hello, I’m Eve! I’m 17 and one of Galsana’s PKU Patient Ambassadors! I am a lifeguard, studying towards my Personal Trainer qualifications. I live with my mum, dad, brother, and dog. I have PKU and have been on diet my whole life, being on 9 exchanges and having six caps of PKU Easy Microtabs a day. I enjoy the gym, swimming, and dates with my friends!

I am Imran Taskin, 29 years old, a content creator and educator in the field of PKU. On Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, I regularly share insights into my life with PKU, post creative recipe ideas, reels, and personal experiences, thereby raising awareness and fostering understanding for those affected and their families. Professionally, I work as a kindergarten teacher. Sport is also part of my daily life - especially Kung Fu.

Hello everyone, my name is Kelly. I’m 40 years old and the newest member of Galsana’s PKU Patient Ambassador team. I live in Nottingham, have a cat called Saffy, and live alone. I have PKU and was officially diagnosed at 12 days old. I have two brothers who do not have PKU. I have recently started returning to the diet, which I’m finding quite challenging, but I’m staying determined and focused. I take two capfuls of PKU Easy Microtabs in the morning and evening, along with a different supplement at lunchtime to make things easier while I’m at work. I am currently on 8 exchanges. I work in the care industry, so having a routine that fits into my day is really important to me. I’ve also just attended my first ever conference, which was a great experience.
